We have pressed apples from Discovery, Rød Aroma, Rød Gravenstein and mixed in juice from raspberries. The juice is fermented, filtered and bottled in Champagne bottles. The drink has bubbles and a real champagne cork with a bounce!
It has a rich taste of apple and raspberry. Sweet with a sour finish. Perfect as an aperitif. Lovely as a drink for dessert. Recommended with panna cotta with raspberry sauce.
